Elsa Coutheillas — the producer behind WLTD's visual output

Elsa Coutheillas is artist manager and artist representative at WLTD Entertainment, and has produced the label's video and photo shoots since Blood & Porcelain.

Behind almost every image WLTD Entertainment has put out in the last two years is Elsa Coutheillas.

She is the label's artist manager and artist representative, and its principal point of contact for partners. She is also, in practice, the person who makes shoots happen.

Trained for exactly this

She is a graduate of FERRANDI Paris, where she studied hospitality and event management — événementiel rather than kitchens.

It is a less unlikely background for a music producer than it sounds. What that discipline teaches is how to deliver a live event to a fixed date on a fixed budget, coordinating a crew, outside vendors and a venue, where nothing can slip because the date does not move. A video shoot is the same problem wearing different clothes: one location, one day, a crew who are all being paid, and light that runs out whether you are ready or not.

From Blood & Porcelain onward

Her first major credit for the label was in the production department on Porcelain — one of the three parts of the 35mm short film built around Rosenfeld's album.

A film shot on 35mm is an unusually demanding first credit. There is no reviewing the take, the stock has a running cost, and every hour on location is an hour that has to have been planned properly beforehand. That is production work in its least forgiving form.

Is It a Crime ?

She produced the shoot for Is It a Crime ?, Myla's December 2025 video — co-directed by Rosenfeld and shot, as most WLTD videos are, with a small crew and a short schedule.

Sick of Nostalgia

For the Sick of Nostalgia campaign in spring 2026 she coordinated the visual rollout across the EP's releases: photography, video, and the sequencing of what appeared when.

What the role actually is

At a label of this size, "artist manager" is not an office job. The work is:

  • Project management across releases
  • Release management and scheduling
  • Photo and video shoot production
  • Partner relations — she is WLTD's principal contact

WLTD is a very small operation: one owner and a handful of specialists. It works because the people in it do more than one thing, and because somebody is holding the schedule together while everyone else is making something.

That is the job.
